DO YOU WANT TO HELP WITH
THE HOUSTON PROJECT?

Pastor R.C. Blakes Jr.and New Home Family Worship Center formerly of East New Orleans, were abruptly and traumatically displaced from their home church site in New Orleans in the month of August 2005 due to Hurricane Katrina.

The church facility that once housed this vibrant and impacting ministry is now in ruins and the congregation of thousands have been spread across the United States of America.

In response to the tragedy R.C. and Lisa have moved to HOUSTON, TEXAS to organize the hundreds of members that are now there. They have organized New Home Family Worship Center-Houston.

They are turning tragedy into transition. God has shown the congregation favor from the very outset. The University of Houston made an auditorium available to them two weeks after the storm. The congregation is growing rapidly, even Houstonians are joining the family.

THE HOUSTON VISION

God has given Pastor R.C. a definite vision for the Houston Texas area. The congregation is aggressively seeking a permanent location to purchase.
